How to jump back to the currently selected source

Ever wondered how to quickly go back to your cable box or satellite after switching to something else?  Do you find yourself turning down the AC or looking at a camera only to wish there was a quick way to go back to what you were previously doing?  Simply press the middle button between the power and room buttons.
