protected 100V – 240V AC receptacle. Refer to the System Overview section for more information.
-
By default, a new Remote Base is set at the factory to be in Access Point Provisioning Mode (Status LED
blinking yellow). If it is, skip this step. If not, the bulleted items below describe how to set it into this mode.
-
Insert a pointed object (preferably non-metallic) into the reset button pinhole. Press and hold the Reset Button for five seconds until the LED begins a rapid blink (red), then release.
-
LED will switch to solid yellow while Base reboots.
-
After the reboot (5-10 seconds), the Status LED
starts blinking yellow once per second indicating it is in Access Point Provisioning Mode and ready to be provisioned with the local network settings.
-
On the iOS device (iPad®, iPhone® etc.), open the SmartConnect Application.
