Apple TV How To Guide

The Apple TV provides access to Apple's catalog of services for movies, music, and apps. Many clients also use their Apple TV for services like Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and much more.

The Apple TV is controlled with only a few buttons. Here is a list of the buttons needed to control an Apple TV.

1. Up/Down/Left/Right Arrow Keys - Use these to navigate through the onscreen display.
2. Enter - Press the enter key (glass trackpad on original remote or the button in the middle of the arrow keys) to select an object highlighted on the screen.
3. Menu - Use menu like a back button. Pressing and holding menu will take you back to the home screen. 

By default, the Apple TV will show a slideshow of photos as a screen saver. To turn this off, simply press any of the buttons described above. 

If you are not on the screen you expect, you can always hold down the menu button to go the home screen and start over.
